The Role
As our Founding GTM Marketer, you’ll be the architect of Remo’s go-to-market engine—owning how we tell our story, build our brand, and generate pipeline for our enterprise AI governance platform.
This is a greenfield opportunity to design a modern, intelligent GTM system from scratch—combining storytelling, data, and AI to create scalable, high-converting programs. You’ll partner closely with the founding team to craft Remo’s voice in the market, activate our growing community, and drive measurable growth across product-led and enterprise motions.
Your work will directly influence how the world’s most advanced companies secure and govern AI adoption.
What You’ll Own
Demand Generation Engine: Design and execute multi-channel campaigns that convert awareness into qualified pipeline.
Warm Outbound + ABM: Develop intelligent outbound systems that activate warm leads and target key enterprise accounts.
Product Marketing: Translate complex technical concepts into simple, compelling narratives and enable sales with crisp messaging.
AI-Powered Personalization: Use AI tools to automate content generation, personalization, and campaign optimization.
Analytics + Optimization: Build dashboards, measure impact, and continually improve GTM efficiency through data-driven insights.
Community & Thought Leadership: Build Remo’s presence in the AI and security ecosystem through content, partnerships, and events.
Who You Are
5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing (bonus if you’ve worked with technical audiences—developers, security engineers, or CISOs).
You’ve built GTM systems from scratch that generated measurable pipeline and revenue impact.
A systems thinker who approaches GTM as an engineering problem—solving with elegant, scalable automation.
Comfortable with APIs, data tools, automation platforms (Zapier, n8n, Clay, etc.), and modern sales/marketing stacks.
A gifted storyteller and content creator, able to make complex ideas simple and compelling.
Thrive in a fast-moving, early-stage startup where creativity and autonomy drive outcomes.
Excited by the challenge of building a category-defining brand in one of the most critical new frontiers of enterprise technology.
